Default Joe Louis vs Luis Firpo

I don't expect anybody to pick Firpo here but how exactly do you see this fight unfolding?

Similar to the Galento fight i think, although i'm not sure if Firpo would trouble him that much.

Firpo might score a knockdown but Louis gets up and massacres him with short, hard combinations.

This fight wil unfold with Firpo folding under a barrage of punching like in the Schmelling fight

I would see it going rather like the second Abe Simon fight.

While Louis would probably take longer to put Firpo away than Dempsey did I don't think Firpo would enjoy any measure of sucess.

firpo might drop him with one of his unpredictable wild swings. but louis would get up and beat the crap out of him.

by round five or six he would have set him up for the kill. and then he would execute him.

Louis may get hit harder than he ever actually was in this fight - freakishly I give Firpo a mad punchers chance.

no chance for firpo imo he was an unskilled slugger who beat a washed up willard and PUSHED dempsey thru the ropes. watch the tapes
