that's basically it.

he doesnt tire like Duran

The last time I saw Duran in tip top shape was the first Leonard fight. since then he's been erratic and seen him pooping out whereas Norris NEVER tires out

Duran belongs at 135. Norris & people like Basilio can fight like hell above 150

Duran beat Iran Barkley , went 1:1 with Jorge Castro , and lost a SD to Robbi Sims . Do u really think that these guys couldn't fight above 150 ? also , most if not all of Norris' fights were 12 rounders , the most of the relevant part of Duran's career was still in the 15 rounds era .
Duran was even older and fatter when he fought these guys than what he was a LMW . Maybe Norris could beat Duran (154 prime vs 154 prime) , but I am surprised by the concensus that ruled this thread until 1 time .
I think despite Basilio's slight muscle mass advantage over Duran , they are still quite comparable . Duran's achievements over 147 are not much lesser than Basilio's (taking both the good and the bad) . Also Duran was older than Basilio when he got to his weights.

Norris. I know he didnt have a great chin, but I think he would've been able to withstand Duran's power at 54. Norris could box too. I think this fight would've been similar to Duran Leonard II, except Norris hit much harder at 54 than Leonard at 47, thus would've laid more hurt than Leonard did.

The one thing which would help Duran in this fight is the knowledge that his punch could stop Norris if he landed, and I doubt Duran would be stopped early. I favor Norris by UD, but I wouldn't count out Duran's right hand.
