Thumbs up What is best

whats best in defence and attack. Should i keep my head bobbing and weaving like in a "U" shape ... or moving side to side.??

In sparring and fights should i always be on attack not defence???

Should i try counter every punch they throw???

And whats the best way to move and counter .... example should i duck and move to the side etc...

Thnx pplz plz post

I was told to dip and come up in the form of a nike swoosh. and you should look to be first with your punches.

You can't possibly do only one thing the entire time you are in the ring. Try to stay aggressive and be first with the punches. But there will be a time when you are not first, keep up you defense and counter if there is an opening.
