Jones: I NEVER said or wrote that Haye left it in the ring. I said on Five Live that it was a disaster after two rounds! Go listen, trust me.
I've taken issue with people, including some writers, who think he is a coward. It went horribly wrong from the start - listen to Adam Booth admit this on my show last week. Dan - If Haye agrees terms with Vitali and runs for 12 rounds that would be his choice - it's NOT a fight he is currently chasing. There would be a vast difference between a Vitali fight and the Wlad fight in terms of blame. As soon as David talks about sending Vitali to hospital etc then the bets are off! Adios. |

I have always thought Haye was a fantastic fighter. Exciting and lovley to watch. But his last two fights and his actions around them have left his with a tainted legacy. |

The fight wouldnt be nearly as big as Wlad-Haye. Hayes reputation has taken a huge blow he needs a couple of wins before a VK fight is even worth it..
