With Kostya in the backround too. I saw pics of this but never the video, thanks for posting! I assume this was before the RJJ fight. Fyodor did decent and actually isn't a terrible sparring partner to prepare for Roy. He has quick reflexes and throws alot of good quick lead rights, that's about where any similarieties end but still.

Yes, now that his reflexes are too shot to strike with even mixed martial artists.

but fedor looked not that bad offense wise, defense was shit he was getting countered. but offense wise, the lead right and the quick left and the jab, not that bad
