Default Pro coaches

Advice needed please

I consider myself an excellent padman, i have good variation, fast hands, good knowledge of distance and decent fault correction until.............
I have to pad southpaws, then it is like i never held a set of pads, like i never even put together a three punch combo, or even that i am just a complete retard.
Any tips for padding wrong uns?

Not a coach but I imagine it's the usual.. Time and Practise. It'll seem you are more retarded at it than you actually are as you've become so used to Orthodox. Just keep working on it.

Do you turn southpaw when you do it.

I sometimes do pads, and I stay orthodox to do southpaw pads and I find it easier to do.

Stand orthodox. It is very rare that they will have to face another southpaw. You standing orthodox will benefit them far more.

I find it natural stuey, think about what advantages a southpaw has then go from there, angles etc

whatever the opponents stance is shoukld be the way you stand,if you stand the opposite way it give a false impression of distance between the two fighters
