Default Is Floyd going to go toe to toe, like he has states the fight will be?

Is Floyd going to go toe to toe, like he has stated the fight will be?

Or at least try and be a bit more aggressive then he has in recent bouts.

Hes against a smaller man?

Floyd, ran from light hitting Baldo, ran from DLH, ran from Famoso, ran from Castillo the second time, you honestly think he's going to let Hatton tenderize his liver?

We all know Floyd is not going to go "toe to toe" with Ricky.

I expect this to play out, much the same as Castillo vs. Floyd 1 in terms of tactics. If Hatton can do what Castillo did, hopefully the judges do not rob him of the decision, like they robbed Castillo.

Obviously moron.

But pot shotting your way to victory is the worst form of fighting. How about throwing combinations, showing your arsenal, showing guts and courage, and trying to KO your opponent rather tha conforming with a pot shot victory.

Everyone apart from the judges had the fight by atleast 1 point for Castillo.

Castillo won a minimum of 6 rounds. Those judges were very well paid for that fight, very well paid.

You're right that fight was no robbery. But, many thought Castillo won and the notion that Floyd won clearly can definitely be debated.
It was a tough, close fight.

Floyd is fantasic at the "not getting hit part" of boxing. It's the "hit" part that he needs to work on. Floyd likes to fight with as little boxing activity as possible. That is, a perfect round in Floyds mind is him throwing one light punch, landing it and his opponent lands zero. This is very safe, but not very exciting. Floyd WILL NOT DO ANY MORE THAN HE HAS TOO to squeak by. Unless Hatton makes this a rough fight, it won't be.
Floyd's style is boring as hell to watch, he is indeed a runner, but we can't deny that it works. He won't win any fans, but he will win boxing matches.

no, true fans of boxing know who the other true fans of boxing are. your post clearly point to the fact that you are a fan of one guy, not boxing in general. you exagerate the positive in your boy and exagerate the negative in his opponent. that is not a fan of boxing so lets keep it real. i dont hate you for it, hey it takes all kinds, but dont missinterpret what a boxing fan is.

I believe he knows he will have a lot of opportunities, to really put it on Hatton, and bust him up early. I see Floyd being cautious the first round and when he finds his range, hes going to start teeing off on Hatton and make him a mess by mid fight. I see Hatton getting stopped on cuts in this fight.

Nopes . . . absolutely not. PBF is a slow starter. He always figures out the opponent first and then makes his move later. I can see the heated exchanges of punches starting in the middle rounds.

But PBF might start faster than usual . . . it's gonna be foolish for him to give Hatton the early rounds.
