I've been focused on my stength and conditioning while the season was over and have 1 more day left whch is tomorow satuaday, Sunday rest and monday Birmingham boxing gym (My gym) is opening again. Should i take satuaday off and have 2 days rest before boxing practice? What do you think?

You do coniditoning/strength training to complement your boxing. They should never be undertaken if they will affect your priority which is your boxing.
