Im currently 138 pounds and im 21 years old...
How far can i go down if I decided to be a boxer? Can i fight in flyweight? bantamweight? What is your estimation on my weight after training? How many pounds will be reduced? |

I'm 5"5 also and a few years ago I got down to 119lbs though I am now walking around at 135lbs at about 11% body fat. I have an average build so I guess you could get that low but of course you would lose strength going that low, really depends on your build and how much body fat you have at the moment. But you should look to go down to at least featherweight if not lower based upon your height.

I have a friend who is about 5'11" and 127 pounds, during our BMQ he got down to 117 lbs. He had some fast hands and power, too bad he quit Boxing (Couldn't handle being hit)
I'm about 5'9" and 160 pounds, trying to get down to 140 or so. |
