Default The Maize ball

My gym just changed location and installed a brand new maize ball.

Anyone know any good youtube vid or have any tips on how to use it properly?

Here's another vid of a guy doing maize ball drills from Rob Pilger's youtube channel. The guy even moves like Tyson.

In the video, it looks like that thing was setup too high for him. The bottom of the bag probably should go to about shoulder level. He's pretty squared up; perfect for practicing some in-fighting punch combos.

Most guys I've seen doing drills on the maize ball usually plant their feet, but you could always incorporate footwork, i.e. adding side stepping and pivots.
