Default do gloves need to be worn in before full use

when buying new gloves, should you use them lightly on the bag for a few sessions to 'knock em in' before using them in full training

2nd pair of good quality gloves ive had where ive used them stright away for training and hands have been mashed after

dunno if its down to the gloves being unflexible when 1st used or what

any advice?

You will have to "wear them in" a tad, you'll find its hard to maintain a closed fist naturally without having to strain and therefore can be difficult to spar or do pad/bag work without risk of injury

they will need to wear in a touch, when i got my new fairtex gloves they where hurting my knuckles when i first got them, now they are fine. They must need to shape to your hand.
