Of course, in this early-internet era, those few I talked to couldn't accept this reality And then, after the Golota fight, I said, "see, this guy has a glass jaw." Still they denied it. Well, after the Lewis fight, they gave me my props. This is an even more egregious case. Wilder won't even make it to the Golota level before his china chin gets exposed. |

Honestly I too think they are not even going to be able to get Wilder to a title shot. I think he gets sparked well before that. To question that Wilder doesn't have a Glass Jaw is pure lunacy. All the tell-tale signs are already there. And the ChinCheckers know it.

Chin Faggot doctrine:
1) Whenever any fighter anyone has ever heard of gets knocked out, knocked down, or even wobbled, make a glass jaw troll thread about it while being as huge a dick as possible. 2) Spend YEARS loudly predicting KO losses for Wlad, Khan, and any other fighter who has ever been knocked out or down in his life. 3) Be completely wrong and look like a total know-nothing dipshit as Wlad/Khan/whoever continue to win fights and titles. 4) Act like your 2-58 prediction record makes you a boxing genius. Seriously assholes, you could just pick random fighters with a dartboard and claim they're going to be knocked out soon, and be right more often than you actually are. |

Glass jaws EXIST in boxing. Always have, always will. And as long as there are fighters with shaky chins, the Chincheckers will be there!!!!! ![]() ![]()

Oh, Wilder could get knocked out. I'm not sold on him. But even if he were brutally KO'd by a jab in his next fight, so what? It would raise the chin faggot's correct prediction rate from 2% to 3% or something.

Really, all the signs are here and I can't for the life of me figure out how these fools really can't see the writing on the wall. He got dropped hard by feather fisted Sconiers who I think had a KO percentage hovering in the twenties or low thirties, he's still fighting on the Deep South bum-of-the-month tour after 17 pro bouts, and he's avoiding anybody with a decent KO ratio. What a fucking disgrace.

I think the reason why Wilder may fail at higher levels has less to do with any issues relating to punch resistance, and more to do with other flaws, such as a one dimensional approach that seems entirely reliant upon landing the right hand. As he steps up in class, he's going to have to find a way to vary his attack, or else opponents are going to have increasing success should they survive an initial assault.
That being said, if his technique does improve, then he could make some noise, regardless of how "glass-jawed" people think he might be. There are multiple cases of fighters who became really good- and sometimes even great- after suffering early ko'ds (or even kd's) at the hands of lesser fighters. So, I'm not inclined to write him off completely just yet. |

He beat Damon Reed, who has only lost to C plus level fighters. So if that says anything about Wilder, I guess time will tell. But almost all the fighters Reed lost to, went on to become title holders, regional, continental or world.
I see Wilder is fighting Alexsander next....should be an easy KO for Wilder. Would love to see him vs David Rodriquez after that, a step up for both. |

I really despise the 'chin checking' BS everyone knows punch resistance is part of boxing. I applaud the mods that have been courageous enough so many of the chin checkers and hope ur next on their list, Zakman. You add little insight to this forum, and to quote Billy Madison, we are all dumber for having read your propoganda because you are merely an attention whore w/ 40 thousand BS posts. |

The guy was nearly sparked out by one of those Deep South flea market fighters he's been feasting on and people think this guy is actually going to make an impact on the HW division?
I've had doubts about his Mandible for awhile and the fact that his management is still matching him with feather-fisted bums this far into his career tells me that they have doubts about it, as well. They know that Chin is Grade AAA china and if he ever steps up to a halfway legitimate fighter, which is doubtful, that it will be exposed brutally. |

Wilder's chin isn't just chin. Like you say, it's Grade AAA china - and his handlers KNOW it! |
