I hate hype. Khan has a lot of talent but I think people are getting carried away far too much. Restaging the Olympic final and televising it live was just the start of it. The fights get easier and the hysteria increases. Even Amir himself said he was ready for a world title right now.
The poor lad has been fed a diet of mainly stiffs to build his confidence up. Let's sweep the Limond fight under the carpet, it is just a distant memory from when he was naive.
I don't hate Khan, just the way he is being set up for a fall. Where will FW be when Khan gets starched?

Probably average power, but his speed and accuracy makes It concussive for the other guy.

How many of Earl's fights have you seen? He was as shot a fighter as you can get. The poor guy is punch drunk. He didn't even seem to know he was in a boxing match.
Falling for hype is forgivable though. It's done so well these days.

If you mean Medjadji that is an exaggeration.

My recollection is that he got make to his feet after being floored by Khan but the referee called a halt.

He's not at the absolute top of one-punch KTFO power, but he can certainly crack hard enough to turn an opponent's legs to jelly. Plus his speed makes for some tremendous accumulative damage.

Out of 10, at this weight I'd probably give him a good 8.

Im of the opinion that as the kid Khan has grown, his punch power has grown, you only need look at his body to see how he has matured physically,he hast turned into a great physical specimen and looked huge at the weight compared to Earl the other night.Khan looks to be a sharp and dangerous puncher, not sure he is what you would call a 1 punch knockout artist or ever will be,but i think he punches correctly and hard enough to have any opponent respecting his power.
