I have the perfect exercise that will increase your punching power, it is mainly a shoulder exercise but also engages the core and legs. But i will keep it to my self hahahah
i do this exercise 1 time a week and my punching power has incresed a lot

My old coach used to say the same thing.

Practice technique and you will get conditioning, with conditioning you will get speed, with speed you will get power.
