Default DynamicMoves' Dynamic Training Log

1 Mile run on the indoor track
Sprints outdoors (too many people on the indoor track for sprints)
20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 100, 80, 60, 40, 20 yards

5 very slow controlled sit ups on the roman chair (30 seconds each)
Something on rock rings, I honestly can't remember what I did. Probably hung on one side and shifted my weight up and down the other.
jump rope for a minute
x3

90 lb for each claf, 12 iterations
x3

15 lb for each forearm, 25 iterations (palm up wrist curl)
x2

If anybody reads this, criticism is very welcome. I don't know a lot about strength training, I've always been better at running conditioning.

Also, any recommendations on forearm workouts would be great, wrist curls seem to put a lot of stress on my wrists, and sometimes they will crack multiple times.


EDIT:
I'm 20 years old, male. I box on Tuesdays and Saturdays, it's hard to get down to the gym any other time as I'm swamped with college work. I decided to pick one of the harder majors, and slap a minor (possibly two) on top of it. For those of you who can't tell, it's not English.
I weight 168-175 lbs depending on the day and what I've eaten.
I am 6 ft 1. I am a right hand dominant southpaw, but it was what I was comfortable with when I started and my left isn't much weaker than my right, if at all. I just lack some coordination with my left, which I have been working on. A friend taught me some boxing before I went down to the gym. I have been going since then whenever I scrounge up the cash and find the time.

Gym today
2 rounds of shadow boxing
4 rounds on heavy bag
2 rounds with the trainer
2 rounds on speed bag
1 on roman chair
1 on bike
1 with jump rope
1 more round with the trainer on speed

With the exception of the last round (2 minutes), they were 3 minutes.

No training today and yesterday. Yesterday I wanted to take a break, give my muscles some time to recoup.
Today, work. **** ton of it.
Better damn well hit the gym tomorrow.

So I ran for 40 minutes.

ok ok, no excuse for yesterday.

Today.
Warm up 1 lap around the outdoor track, and stretching.
8x100 yard sprints.

5 long controlled sit ups on the roman chair. Made shapes with my body for the hell of it.
5 pull ups. I have never been good at them.

x3

25 wrist up wrist curls. (10 lbs)
25 wrist down wrist curls (10 lbs)
10s on each side. Not sure if it's a 35 or 45 lb bar. Bench press.
x3

Ate an orange and went home.

12 Situps with medicine ball (12 lbs) + 3 without (very slow and controlled)
6 back neck bridges, slow and controlled
x3

That's all for today.

EDIT:
Right, and 17 x3 palm up wrist curls with 15 lbs.
I tried palm down, but my wrists started cracking each time.

Got to the gym late.

2 rounds of shadow boxing.
3 rounds of sparring, round-robin.

More or less it for now. Probably going to do some work on the heavy bag when I get back from work.

EDIT:
Forgot to add, had a round of speed with the trainer.

Also, 3 x 1 minute leg lifts.

Took a long break, school got to me.
Back home for Thanksgiving though, so it's harder for me to get weights, and practically impossible to go to a gym unless I want to pay way more than I have.

3.5 miles running, 1 mile walking home.
3 3 minute rounds on the heavy bag. Hit something wrong on the last round, so I stopped.
3x 24 situps.

Ran 20 minutes. No idea how far I went.
Little bit on the heavybag, filmed myself to see what I could improve. Mostly just looked tired.
3 x 25 situps.

Ran half a mile.
