And I didnt insult it, I said boxing got the better of MMA this year after all from a fan perspective. There is more hype and fanfare with boxing right now IMO with all the great fights.

Dude - You might not - But Joe Rogan can't help but try to compare the sports in most broadcasts, White himself says that he looks at boxing as a "what not to do" - The competition is both ways.

I agree with your point though - Watching the Sherk Attack get top position and wrestle to a decision victory unsure of how to finish once he's got top position is every bit as boring as John Ruiz hug fests.

Both sports can be great , both can suck.

How exaclty? If you read my post, it was about the current state of the two sports and that boxing has found its way back to the top.

Boxing took a beating for so long from MMA fans and fight fans who didnt know shit about boxing, and its come back to put MMA on the mat from a popular sports perspective with big fights.

Call it an insult, its real, and yes there is a little dancing in the end zone to go with it.
