Frampton powers to Commonwealth title

Carl Frampton produced a brilliant display to win the vacant Commonwealth super-bantamweight title at the Odyssey Arena, beating Mark Quon with a fourth-round stoppage.

Quon was a late replacement for the fight after Kiko Martinez's withdrawal and offered little, showing little in terms of power and aggression against the dominant Frampton.

The 24-year-old was always in charge and finally made it count when he floored the off-balance Quon in the fourth round.

Frampton sensed victory and after a powerful onslaught the referee intervened to hand Frampton the first title of his career.

Speaking after the bout, the home boxer targetted a clash with Martinez for a European title in his next bout.

you basicly said you knew fark all about frampton but then go on to say in the same sentence "Quon should be a real chance" you even posted a one of Framptons fights on youtube. you failed to inform yourself of the facts and as such were unable to read the outcome of this fight correctly, its not the first time you have done this nor will it be the last! great work old women, keep it up!

What about the video you posted of Framptons fight? coincidently left that out of your comparision? it was right before ya eyes and you still couldnt pick it old woman a simple google search would have revealed to you that Framptons amateur experiance compared to Quons was massive and Quon was way out of his league. i doubt this would have helped your pick for the fight as i already mention it was right before your eyes and you failed to see it.
