Reasonable, but one could be more flexible with the hands as to specific
placement. Also, many warn about dropping your left hand, but there are times when it may be appropriate. Nothing is carved in stone and any stance will have defensive and/or offensive flaws. Also, there may be variations in your stance and style. From my own experience, I once had two bouts in one night. and used different stances, styles and execution of punches for each opponent. You "gotta" do what you "gotta" due to give you the edge and improving the odds of winning. ![]() |
