After Choc fought all those lesser fighters it was just a matter of time before he started fighting down to that sort of level , Garth ko'ing him didn't really surprise me as I was predicting it would happen on this board a good two years before it did , Anthony needed to maintain the Ottke & Kessler level of fighting but he chose not to , the biggest crime he committed was to himself .

Look it seems Mundine has slipped, shot as they say for those style of boxers.
Mundine was just name dropping with Mosley and Cotto. Before the KO from Wood Mundine was too much risk vs reward, high risk for no reward. But after Wood KO (a fight that should never have been matched with Wood at 9-1) Mundine's value dropped ten fold, and he is now no risk and no reward. Sure its easy to sit back and say Geale would beat Mundine now, after Geale winning in Germany and Mundine now shot. But Mundine did get the win when they fought. |

The likes of Cotto, Pavlik, wouldn't have even known who he was, same for Cotto, Margo, Pacman, Floyd now. Him losing to Wood killed his value here in Australia because the circus finally ground to a halt and he realised the last of the Aussie punters he had fooled had finally seen through his act. His value overseas has never been high because he's never ventured overseas to create a profile for himself. |
