Re: Head movement&orthodox left hook
I improved my headmovement by tying a pair of handwraps across the ring twice making an 'X'. I do normal shadowboxing then use my headmovement at the ropes. Left hook, make sure your arm is completely horizontal when you throw the hook to make it stronger and also use your body weight. Example, you throw a straight and with the straight you shift your bodyweight to the left, when your gonna throw the hook your gonna shift your weight completely to the right giving you aloot of power.
