B hop vs Dawson , Who you got?? - Page 2

Terrible style match up for Hopkins. Dawson will win this. I'll be shocked if Hopkins wins. As a matter of fact, i wouldn't be shocked if Dawson takes Hopkins out late. I know it sounds ridiculous but it wouldn't shock me. Dawson has the talent.

I have Dawson winning a close decision, possibly split. I wouldn't be surprised by a draw in this fight.

Hopkins is my favorite fighter. He really should be given a lot of credit for even fighting Dawson. He is kinda like Taylor, and RJJ. Fast, and loose throws combos...

If Hopkins has learned from his losses with Taylor, he will not let those combos come first, and he will be the aggressor. Can't sit on the outside with those type guys got to have them react to you.

On thing that I haven't heard on here: Dawson has a terrible habit. He only throws the same patterns of punches. Since he is rangy and fast he can get away with it. But, I think with a guy like BHop, that could be a really big disadvantage. The one thing Taylor did was throw akward stuff, and change his pattern. Dawson doesn't do this...

BHOP wins, taking the lead, bullying. Dawson's offense is limited to the same patterns, that will not work against BHop.

Dawson should win this, he has the stylistic advantage and hopkins is 46, he should win it.
However, no Steward, Hopkins ring iq...... Hopkins sd is my pick.

People do forget how Jean Pascal was able to drop Hopkins ..Don't be surprised if Bhops gets wobbled in this one ..

Dawson might be up for this fight because it a fight that he has wanted for a long time. I just hope he dosnt underestimate B Hoppie, cause if he does, its gonna be a long night for his young ass and not a good one.

Dawson.
Hopkins has a style weakness to fast two handed fighters his own size, (Taylor twice, Calzaghe, Jones, Pascal). This is why a top LHW like Erdei has been avoided.
I think Dawson will win a close fight.
I will be very impressed with Hopkins if he wins
