Default which one of these 3 megafights is more likely to happen in 2012?

1. Floyd v.s. Pacquiao at 147
2. Floyd v.s. Martinez at 154
3. Pacquiao v.s. Martinez at 154

1. Floyd is scared of losing to Pac and Sergio.
2. Pac doesn't need to fight Sergio or Floyd.
3. Floyd is looking to disprove that he's a coward.

Best option for Floyd is to fight Sergio and it's what will likely happen first.
Floyd will get more credit of beating Sergio more that Pacquiao. It's a better loss because he will be the underdog. Floyd's legacy won't be affected that much, maybe even enhanced by finally taking a fight he will be expected to lose.

...heck, if i'm Floyd, I would ask for this fight to be at 160. This will prove to his critics like me that he's not a coward.

Another question is "Will Floyd automatically become # 1 in the P4P list after he beats Martinez without fighting Pacquiao?"

Floyd beats martinez at 154 and he will most defo claim the p4p spot again. After that he can retire.

From your list , Mayweather Martinez @154 now seems the more likely , and bearing in mind Floyd's approach to opponent selection for me , bearing in mind the different factors , its the best option for Floyd

Pacquiao Bradley @147 will happen , and Mayweather Khan @147 is up there with the most likely of opponents for Floyd

Then factor in Gamboa for Manny , because if he beats Rios , expect that fight to happen if Manny agree's to drop to 140

At the moment , i see it going as follows :

Pacquiao - Marquez - Bradley - Gamboa
Mayweather - Martinez - Khan

But who knows

What Pacquiao has acheived is already ahead of Mayweather in ATG rankings , whilst there active its always Pacquiao , unless ofcourse Floyd beats him

I wouldn't be surprised if none of them happen. Can forget about Pacquiao and Floyd for a start in my opinion.

I'd say Floyd-Martinez.

If I was Floyd, I'd make the fight at 155. One extra pound and he fights for the linear Middleweight title.

Not holding my breath for any of these to happen though.
