Default Anyone else think Victor Ortiz came into the fight soft and dry

I noticed it when they were being introduced in the ring. He looked soft and dry.

Whereas against Berto he was ripped and sweaty.

Was it Ortiz team plan to rehydrate him to the highest weight possible? Dont think it did him any favors.
