OK I was wrong I will hold my hands up less then 10 minutes after sticking up for this choice of opponent. But considering Jackiewicz durability and consistency I thought he would have more in his locker to cause Brook problems, but instead he had no sort of variety and his style was tailor made for Brook who just picked him off and to boot a shit stoppage. If Matchroom cannot secure a world title fight I hope he is out before the end of the year because he barely broke a sweat there.

What is it with bullshit stoppages here??? Cos I would have liked to have seen how it would have unfolded. Yes Brook was winning that, but anything could have happened, since the other guy still had his senses, was marked up but not cut or bleeding. Then what would be the reason to stop it?? Perhaps ref had a bet on that round?

"Real Deal" according to the commentators. I still think Brook still will get beat once he REALLY steps up. Brad Soloman would punch holes through Brook, as would Mike Jones/Lujan/Ayldin/ and then when he faces the likes of Berto/Pacman/Mayweather, i dread to think how he would cope.
Good victory though, very clever match-making when it comes to Brooks rise. |

Typical 'british stoppage'. Our refs are the worst in the entire world without exeption.
This guy was a polish pastry and now brook will just go and fight another one next. Wake me up when brook fights someone good |

Right now Brook's chin and his heart are both in the "Unknown" file, IMO. Both could be top notch, or could be fatal flaws. We haven't really seen them tested yet. |

What a stoppage :(
Brook won every round, but Rafal was never shattered, never in danger. Majority of Kell punches he took on his gloves. I had a big bet on +9.5 rounds and I feel disgusted and robbed :( Brook would have won it, but it is boxing !!!! Foghting !!! You can not stop a guy wich is noy cut and not even once hurt in a fight !!!! |

he's suffered a flash KD before...but has improved a lot since those days. i'm not quite sure who they can put him in with to bridge the gap between where he is and world class

"Brook vs. Khan is a natural fight in 2012. It HAS to happen"
- Hearn He says he's had offers from DiBella and Golden Boy to invite Brook over to America. Brook perks up at the mention of traversing the Atlantic. |

Brook will come unstuck against an aggressive come forward fighter, the likes of which he hasn't faced. Someone mentioned Soto-Karass, that would be a very good fight and prove if he's got the metal to stay at world level. I'd like to think Ortiz would also be an excellent fight for Brook.

this shit ruins boxing this is why there are no proper fights anymore ever since mcclellan vs ben & eubank vs watson. its a fight so unless the guy is getting absolutly hammerd it should not be stopped, how many fights could of had different outcomes if the ref hadn't called a premature stoppage ? somebody do a thread
