Hatton at 140 was better than Chavez, Pryor, Ross, Loi, Locche, Perkins, Benitez, Napoles, Ortiz, Whitaker, Duran, Williams, Armstrong, Cervantes, Mayweather, Larkin, Taylor, McGirt, Jack, Berg, (a younger) Tszyu, McFarland, Pacquiao, De La Hoya, De Jesus, and a slew of others who fought at 140 at one time or another. Absolutely the best ever at 140 was Slick Rick.
