They had some ability. They were hyped. And they are also famous for losing their biggest matches. Pick a winner.
Bruce Seldon vs Duane Bobbick Gerry Cooney vs Andrew Golota Mike Grant vs Carl Williams |

2. Gerry had a hard enough punch to hurt Golata, but Andrew proved that he could bully a big talented heavyweight when he fought Riddick Bowe, who was probably a lot better and more durable than Cooney. I pick Golata by mid round stoppage. 3. I don't really know that much about Michael Grant, but if he had a decent left hook ( and I don't know if he did ), then thats about all he'd need to beat Williams. Otherwise, he'd have to gut it out, and tolerate Williams jab over a period of rounds. I don't know who takes this one. |

I'll take Seldon in that one.
I'll take Cooney. I really think he was better than Michael Grant, and Golata is no Holmes. Golata never performs well against punchers, and that is the one thing Cooney did better than Bowe. Carl Williams's jab would be too much for Grant to figure out. I really think he would stop Grant. |

Of course a lot would depend on who threw the most no point deduction blows to the groin area. |

Probably Seldon in a dreary ten rounder.
Cooney TKO3. (Golota either quits or fouls out after tasting a few left hooks.) Williams UD Grant after climbing off the floor early. |
