154 would be the jr. middleweight weight class right? Are catch-weight fights not fights between weight classes?

If this fight happens at or above 154lbs, I would give Floyd mad props. But anything below and it's not gonna be worth much in my eyes. Although I know flomos would give Floyd credit even if he bring Martinez to 140lbs
