Default What did Ray Robinson say about Duran?

I vaguely remember Luis DeCubas (Duran's promoter) making a reference to a quote from Ray re Duran after his performance against Barkley. Ray thought Duran had performed fantastically and thought that he was one of the best, if not THE best of all time P4P fighter...Ray was suffering from dementia and later passed away that year. But according to DeCubas Ray was very impressed.
I was wondering if anyone has heard of this, and might have a source???
I'd be interested in reading more.

I don't consider DeCubas a credible source when it comes to Duran. In any event, Sugar Ray had badly deteriorated by 1989 and was dead less than 2 months after Duran took his fourth title.
