yea I know

lots of southpaws have toy jabs by design anyways

I don't see emmanuel tryna be too jab dependent when Floyd is giving him the beat down. emmanuel and roach will want to try something else. That jabbing Floyd strategy is more for orthy fighters

which is why i think arum is senile because he said floyd is scared of manny's right hand, his jabbing hand. even if he said floyd was scared of manny's left hand i wouldn't be so cynical.

Against JMM in both bouts: Manny averaged just 3.7 Jabs landed per round out of 30 jabs thrown per round.[12%]

Did you guys knew that Shane threw more jabs than he threw power punches against Manny? He used his jab more as a desperate strategy instead of utilized it to set up his power punch[right hand] which he barely threw consistently.

do you think the jab or hook from Floyd will be more important when he whoops emmanuel?

Floyd's right hands are a given

Margarito out-landed more jabs on Manny than Manny landed on him, but he simply wasn't defensively skilled enough to limited Manny's power punches.

Both will do damage to disrupt Manny's rhythm. He'll also throw it to the body too. Floyd has enough options to work with.

He's just as dependent on his reflexes as Manny is dependent on his speed and power.

And actually, you are being very generous to him with that statement.

I know Floyd generally doesn't bother much with his jab against southpaws since his right hand is ATG, rights are the southpaw killer, and his right lands so easily, but I think emmanuel has some traits that can make the jab attractive. emmanuel will be the shortest southpaw Floyd has ever beat up.

Yea makes no senses. Floyd will off set pac and punish pac if he is reckless, i really doubt pac will throw 50+ punches a round against floyd.

A lot of people think Pac will throw 50 punches a round on Floyd you got to be crazy if you believe that 30 at the most and a lot of those will be punches not landing. I see this fight going with Floyd stepping back and countering Pac and throwing the right each time Pac set ups which will make Pac fight backwards that will make it seem as Floyd is stalking Pac in the middle to late rounds.....
