No more than an inch in it. In the old days it would've been declared a draw

Had a ****ing ripper of a day.
Not sure what happened to the other melbourne cup thread must of been moved but i took an all up with my 2 tips Lucas cranach the place and right fong the place in the race after the cup' They were paying $4.50 and $5.50 the place so the odds were $24 i put a $100 on it and they both ran 3rd
I managed to get 22% on the trifecta but i was spewing the photo finish didn't go the other way the trifecta would of paid 10-12k at the very least

Can you ask one of the Slags laying beside you now if she fancies a trip here for the Welsh Grand National ? If she does sort her air fare out and I will reimburse you when the weather breaks Caps ,,,tidy

Unusual practice by the vrc to do a x4 magnification of the photo finish. They dont ever go that far, in normal circumstances that photo would have been declared a dead heat.

I can understand that they need to declare a winner though.

They don't need to declare a winner at all, if it's a deadheat it's declared one.............. There was a margin so a winner was awarded.

They should allow margin for error, or one day the winner will be declared in court
