No point. Morales is too shot for this fight to be remotely competitive.

Marquez is everything Maidana is not.

it's no comparison.

EDIT: One reason I don't want to see the fight is because of how good this fight would of been. It would of been a real 50/50 bout, an awesome fight. A fight today wouldn't do it justice because Morales isn't half the fighter he once was.

I've said many times this is the perfect fight for them both to bow out.
Maybe it give the current "Moralesmania" some perspective.
Anyone who followed him at the turn of the century knows he is a shadow of the fighter he was.And although I was a real follower of Barrera,I've never hidden my respect for Morales.Just find some of the current rumblings ridiculous given the fact that he's not half the ATG he was in terms of current ability.

It's fine if Marquez were able to throw only 436 punches against pacquiao, im sure Morales can devise a fight plan to counter and deal with these fairly low work rate

Hell why not? Marquez has shown as well as Morales that they still have more fight in them. I say make it happen.

Morales would rise to the challenge, even in defeat he won't be blown out by JMM.
