Hendo looks like this for some years now, he is 40 and doesn`t cut any weight what do you expect him to look like? And Shogun was never ripped this is the best he`s looked in quite some time, in the first Forrest fight he looked much worse. Shogun is in good shape for this fight

Hendo looked how I expected, it was more going to be a response to Cung Le looking soft, as he is also pushing 40, and from what I understand doesn't cut a whole lot of weight.

And Shogun was never ripped this is the best he`s looked in quite some time, in the first Forrest fight he looked much worse. Shogun is in good shape for this fight

I know shogun was never ripped, but I've never seen him looking that sloppy.

I like Shogun but he has no excuses if he losses this one, he`s in good shape ( if you consider that it`s Shogun) and even though he isn`t training at Kings MMA he is training where he prepared for Lidell

otherwise i wouldnt have mentioned it. Shugun looked better in the machida and jone bones fights. in this one he looks worse than I could remember. super soft, like he rolled out of bed after 5 months of inactivity.

hendo looks like he's rockin his hgh and whatever else he takes as usual.

He may not be dehydrating himself to up his energy levels in the fight so don't read too much into this. He knows Hendo will grapple him & needs the stamina.
