A reminder that tomorrow night Setanta Ireland is showing the Brian Magee/Mads Larsen European title fight at 8.45pm or you can watch the fight on Setanta1 at 10pm. This is a fight Magee can win, as Larsen hasn't been the same force he once was after coming out of semi-retirement a few years back.An insightful observation made by Harry Hawkins when interviewed by Cormac at the recent Irish Boxing Awards Night was that Larsen had inherited 2 to 3 million pound, so basically boxing is now more a hobbie for him, rather than a full time job. Barring a home town decision, I'm looking at a points win for Brian, although Danny Flexen opinion of Boxing News is that "I'd heavily favour Magee if he still had Hawkins by his side and the fight were in Britain but, as things stand, I can see him losing a tight controversial decision".

Looking forward to this. Hopefully Magee will do the business. Hes been a really good solid campaigner over the years and this win would be no less than he deserves. Hopefully he has had a good training camp and is in the best possible shape for this because theres every chance it will go the distance.

Had a dream last night that Fagan stops Murray on accumulation. That and my gut instincts are leading me towards sticking a few quid on the lad. Can't find any odds up yet though.

I hope the fight tomorrow night gets good numbers watching it live and a Magee win could also see more of Magee and Setanta teaming up in future fights down the road. I cant wait for this fight now seems it is Magees last chance of the big time.

Brendan don't worry about it. I may have sounded a little bit narky there but didn't mean to
