great night lads
ward won me 40 euuuro
had conlon ward in me lucky 15 taught i was onto a cert after that but then do joyce and sutcliffe let me down
joyce was defo lowblow and yer man mcdonagh is a class boxer
he was out to prove a point after all the stick he got for the donovan victory and looked like he was goin to win anyway]
the atmosphere was class
taught ward looked a bit crude but watched again on telly and he looked a bit better extremely good for 17
big joe joyce mad bastard shadow boxing round the place all night
heard him sayin sumtin like he won mad money
best atmosphere ive experienced at the stadium
fuuuuuckin class night
the talent in this country is phenomenol were goin to have some pros in the next few years

Agree with that.

Only watched on TV but thought Ward was very hard done by the judges in Round 2, looked like they had their hearts set on Kenny breaking the record. Ward could've had 2-3 more points scored.

More deep and meaningful stuff from Tom Humphries in today's Snidish Times - but worth a read.

Anyone else notice Darragh Maloney thinking Bernard Dunne just made up the peekaboo defence? Bad and all as Marty is , hes ****in clueless. Taking the piss out of Dunne at some card last year as well about Kiko
