It says in todays Irish News that Martin Rogan has pulled out of his fight for the EU title, stating that he has other options. Where did it all go wrong Marty.

I think it all went wrong when he stopped thinking he was the plucky underdog/against the odds fighter giving it one late shot at glory and managed to convince himself that he's actually a lot better than he really is.

Such a shame. He had a good thing going

Did you ask him about his options, considering he has now pulled out of his EU contest.
He sounds like a man desperate for any excuse to why he isn't boxing Fury, and he's getting angry because his bluff was called. I'm actually still a fan of Rogie but he needs to stop talking and simply fight. He's outpricing himself in every contest he's offered. I think what he needs now to do is get a 8rd contest on the Fury undercard, in the hope if he performs well, they can put Fury/Rogan on at the end of the year. But knowing "Rogie logic" he would turn that down as well, probably claiming he won't help fill the Kings Hall to make Fury look popular.

i hope Rogie doesnt live to regret this i mean 50k for him is big money in my book and i think he is being a bit arrogant here refusing to talk to some of the people that Hennesey sent over in his place,Still its up to Rogie and i hope he gets what he is hoping for.

Sorry for Thomas, coached him for years and he is a nice fella.

Beating Russians, Ukrainians and Azerbaijians(is that a word?) shows our lads are no joke.

Boys, I meant ot post this here days ago: The German super-heavy for gold.
I have never looked at a beast like him, 6ft 9 and all muscle, supposed to be an excellent boxer too.

Read this in the Connaught Telegraph on Coyle's opponent:

"That's not to say Cotena is a slouch by any means (he is reigning IBF Mediterranean champion)"

OH MY GOD! They must be deluded out west altogether.
