DudeGuyMan = good entertainment value.

13/16 of my stack on Canelo, 3/16 on the under by accumulation around the 8th. Total and sub-total revenues end in a '0' which I find neat.

The stack I went all in with is exactly, exactly 1/20 of what I had early September. Damn.

All in on Canelo.

Him and jr. are protected like national treasures. May as well rake it in on the easy hand picked opponents until either of them steps up to a real threat.

No, really. It does. I swear. It...

BORKED

I honestly didn't realize it at the time of posting, but the 'toon actually ties in with the whole "Kermit the frog" motif. (or maybe I did realize, subconsciously...****, am I that good? Paging Mr. Durden...)

Anyway, it was originally just a segue off the whole "but - but nobody believes me...but damn it, it's TRUE! [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]" quandary that Photobucket left me in with the OP GIF. Also it was an excuse to share with you all a timeless classic and have it serve in its embedded post as a reminder to give it a few fresh adult viewings myself. (and boy does it ever hold up!)

Now, I don't want to casually toss around terms like "GOAT" when you've got your very stiff competition out there in Hedgehog in the Fog (the greatest Russian short film and best paper cut-out animation of all time), Duck Dodgers, Casey At Bat, The Cat Came Back, etc. - but One Froggy Evening just has to be up there (top ten, at least) and is one of my personal all-time faves. I've managed to reference it more than you might think plausible throughout the years, working it into all manner of conversation to try and convey the je ne sais quoi of the mustachioed foil's exact feeling in his plight - and the really ****ed up ironic part is that despite it having aired on syndicated Saturday morning Looney Tunes programs all throughout my childhood nobody in my generation ever knows wtf I'm talking about and just give me those same blank looks that Mr. Mustache Guy gets!!

OK...now somebody else get pretentiously nostalgic about cartoons, so it isn't just me...

I'm going for Canelo and going to take a chance on the over. Putting aside Cintron's erratic behavior at times, he's gone in with better punchers than Canelo, and in his last few fights Canelo has had a lower work rate and a cautious, looking to get rounds approach.

If Cintron finds a way to quit or mess up like with Williams before we hit the over I'm going to be pissed.

Alright, fine. This will be the thread in which it was only me prattling on by myself about milestone animated shorts, while everyone else just grimaces and avoids eye contact while fumbling around in their pocket for a little vChange.

That suits me just dandily. I don't need friends to have a good time. That's why Ma drafted the troops for me. Unquestioning loyalty and dedication that you flesh and blood civilians just can't seem to handle.

Know this. Some very brave plastic army men are about to meet a very grisly end via sunlight focused through a magnifying glass as the Lord Commander vents...and the rolled up little ****tail flags delivered with the news to their little plastic widows will bear the invisible stains of YOUR shame...but fine. If that's how you want to play it. If you can sleep at night. So be it.
