Default Roy Jones/James Toney:

Do any you think these guys should become trainers?

I know Jones has worked the corner before as an assistant.

Who knows?

I don't think either would make a super trainer to be honest, but then again.. who knows?

No. RJJ had that natural talent that you just can't teach. Toney has deep knowledge of boxing but he speaks horribly. I hope both guys hange em up and Roy could at least be a commentator. Toney? I have no idea.

Roy did say in a interview that he doesn't believe anyone could withstand the training.
I would like to try it

Could anyone understand Toney long enough to actually learn anything?

B-hop would make a great trainer. Don't know about the other two.

Roy would make a good trainer for an up and coming/young fighter as long as he had help training him.

Roy's dad put him through hell when he was young and Roy could do the same thing, but he'd need help also since a lot of what Roy does isn't based on technique

But on HBO he knows what he is talking about. He is really good at breaking fights down.

It's hard to know, both obviously have incredible knowledge of the sport but being a trainer is a lot more than that.

yeah you're right about that. That's why I still think he'd be a good trainer, but he can't do it all. I don' see him being that good at teaching defence
