these pactard glass jaw disgraces still don't even have an official number for their mosley fight

let's just believe fighting mosley did better than the DE LA HOYA match because bob arum said so

Floyd vs De La Hoya: 2.4M
Pac vs De La Hoya: 1.25M
idiot stop comparing ppv numbers of dela hoya vs dela hoya.

do you see people comparing ortiz number 1.25m vs mosley 1.4m?

dumb****, stop stealing dela hoya numbers to suit your agenda.

i thought when floyd fought him he had no 'dancing partner'

anyway its funny cuz floyd talks all this shit about being a ppv star and makes himself look like a fool to sell fights but even if he is selling more, it's barely more.

also lol @ his buys pre oscar.

Perception: Marquez was a mismatch. Ortiz was a young, hungry lion.

Manny Pacquiao = PPV King and the Face of Boxing.

Ortiz was a NOBODY, all the buys were for floyd. marquez is a living legend

You might want to let Mayweather know that.

PBF-JMM = 1.00M
PBF-Ortiz = 1.25M*

* = Unofficial number

So why does Floyd hold three of the highest non Heavyweight PPVīs ?

It was BOB ARUM who said Mosley was 1.3 and it was also him who said Marquez could be 1.5. How is that official ?

The PPV King status is only as good as the last show. Pacquiao-Marquez III did 1.5 (unofficially) while Mayweather-Ortiz did 1.25 (unofficially).

Case in point - Lady Gaga is the current best-selling artist (just using an example), which means that if her album outsells say a 50 Cent album with both albums being released in 2011, then she is the top draw in the music industry. But if 50's next album outsells Lady Gaga's next album, then he holds the title of top selling artist again. As it stands, Pac outsold Floyd in 2011, in a fight just a month after Floyd's, therefore Pac is the current PPV King.

Also, Floyd's rise came AFTER Oscar, just like Pac did.

Fag.

u really r retarded if u think ortiz was EVER as big as marquez. when ortiz fought berto BERTO was the star at the time. after ortiz beat him thats when his fanbase grew.

You filthy flea-bitten ****, pay attention to the FACTS!

Marquez Vs. Katsidis w/ Berto co-headlining drew LESS than 5K fans. That was Marquez's last fight. How big of a ****ing draw is Marquez?!
