Moreno. Both underrated quality runs, Gamboa beat 3 champs in a row, but future champ Rojas, top3 BW Sidorenko*2, former champ Monshipour, Mijares-conqueror Cermeno*2, former champ Parra and top3 BW Darchinyan is far more impressive than that.

Gamboa is 29 years old, two weeks from 30.

Moreno is 26 years old, seven months from 27.

That's a little interesting, no?

Gamboa and here's why. Gamboa is undefeated and has a better KO percentage. Gamboa's best 4 wins are Barros, Solis, Salido and de Leon.

I think it'd bloody close to be honest. You could argue that Parra, Monshipour and Darchinyan were at the end of their career but still an amazing run, wouldn't moan if anyone put Moreno above Gamboa.

Nothing with their actual rankings, age doesn't matter, just an observation.

It is CLEARLY Moreno.

Unless you value "perceived skill" and the "0". Those would be the only justifications.

Gamboa lacks a signature win. For a while it seemed like it would be Juanma Lopez, then Chris John for a little bit. Only Sig win i see right now that is possible would be maybe a Broner win, since there is alot of hype surrounding him right now.
