if this is true, what's going to happen with Wlad's IBF belt? He's been given a deadline March 10 2012 to fight Thompson , anyone know?

Wladimir didn't have any other better options than Mormeck for December, but there are other people now available and willing for March 3:

Tony Thompson - not a very good choice either but better than Mormeck

Chris Arreola - I'd love to see this one

Alexander Dimitrenko - bigger than Wlad and so would make for an interesting fight

Povetkin continues to duck, and others like Fury and Mitchell are not ready yet.

Was thinking the same thing....But personally, I cant see the Haye fight happening on the 3rd March, too soon , so makes sense for Wlad to take Dusseldorf and then move Haye Vitali to April/May. Would be interesting if it was a Klit Double bill...Unlikely though me thinks!!
