Hendo gets his shot.
Brown and Griggs should be fun while it lasts. Maynard and Guida in battle of the wrestle ****. Both have decent striking if they choose. Massive prospect vs Hendricks coming off of a huge win Stann to decimate Miller Undercard is quite strong. Its not so much the names but more that each fight is quite intriguing. |

I hope this is true, I would like to see Henderson get his shot while his stock is high. He's 40 now and if he has to wait until the rashad-davis winner that will be closer to the end of 2012 before he gets a shot. And if that should happen he would likely take another fight which he could possibly lose and that would mean Jones would have nobody that stands out for a title shot in the near future.

Ive seen nothing like that anywhere and if its true I kinda dont like it. IMO I think Hendo should take a long rest and Rashad if he wins vs Davis should get the first shot. The kind of fight Hendo had vs Shogun could have turned him into a shot fighter.

I don't really want to see Jones - Hendo. I can't really see that turning out any way except Hendo getting a vicious one-sided beating while never getting close to testing Jones' chin. I reckon it's a bridge too far.
Just bad timing for Henderson. If he'd been in this situation while the LHW champ was Forrest or Rampage or Rashad or Shogun or even Machida, then sure. But Bones is just all wrong for a 40 year old Dan Henderson who was half-killed in his last fight.
