"Roider" came clean at an independent top testing facility after he taught Guerrero a boxing lesson. Very controversial situation.

I'd like to read up on that

Google comes up with this first, I'm sure with research you'll find as much information on the subject as you need!

Who tested him in the first place?

That is quite some mess.

He failed the regular NSAC testing, then past a voluntary one the next day, which made no difference for the commission.

For me it seems like the question is whether one day can do a difference (If he did use roids)

From my knowledge for the decision of the Anti-doping commission to be final it is necessary that the B test to confirm test A.

A and B samples are taken at the same time. Question is: Did NYSAC or/and LabCorp test both?

Horrible thought. But yeah, something like must happens sometimes. Just never heard about it.

I do remember hearing about b-samples getting destroyed or vanishing ;o

Human errors unfortunately.

The B-sample is only tested when the A comes back positive. Of course the Nevada result is the official, but the commission can still decide to review the situation upon an independent result such as Salido's, and order another test I believe Orlando said he's open to do. But if my memories are correct, Nevada never bothered with Salido nor the was a rematch discussed, because Guerrero would've been whopped again. I'm not saying the Mexican wasn't roided, but the situation was strange, and a further test could've cleared the air.

3/2 Pongsaklek Wonjongkam vs. Sonny Boy Jaro 12x3 WBC Flyweight Title - Jaro TKO6 - Took me a while to process this one (in more than one way). Pong got bounced of the canvas like the game... In the 1st, 3rd and 6th... What an upset!
3/2 Joan Guzman vs. Jesus Pabon 10x3 (ESPN 2 FNF) - Guzman KO8 - Guzman (who just made weight at the 2nd attempt) dropped Pabon inside a minute (flash KD, left hook) again in the 3rd from a low bodyshot, and in the 4th. Ended with a huge left hook in the 8th!
3/3 Thomas Oosthuizen vs. Serge Yannick 12x3 IBO Super Middleweight Title - Oosthuizen TKO6
3/3 Kaizer Mabuza vs. Steven Wills 12x3 IBO Light Welterweight Title - Mabuza TKO6
3/3 Wladimir Klitschko vs. Jean-Marc Mormeck 12x3 WBA, IBF, WBO, IBO Heavyweight Titles - Wlad KO4 - Like expected Mormeck didn't stand a snowball's chance in hell and had a punchoutput comparable with Haye vs Harrison. Mormekwent down in round 2 and took a beating up to the 4th round KO. Complete mismatch.
3/3 - Ola Afolabi vs. Valery Brudov - 12x3 Interim WBO Cruserweight Title - Afolabi RTD5 - Brudov cut over his left eye and down in round 3 and 5 and quit after a couple of destructive shots at (and after!!!) the end of the round.
3/3 Fernando Montiel vs. Angky Angkota 12x3 WBC International Silver Super Bantamweight Title (Televisa) - Montiel KO9 - Angkota was chasing Montiel, while getting outboxed. Both were showboating (especially Angkota) during the fight. Angkota went out for the count on a combo ending with a vicious right in round 9 > Thanks Montiel for adding to my featherfist weekend :(.
