By a commentator? And when i say epic i mean truly epic that will be remembered decades from now. IE: when Howard Cossell uttered the famous phrase "Down goes Frazier! Down goes Frazier!".

So far the only one that really comes to mind was when Randleman KO'ed Cro Cop and Mauro Ranallo started screaming "Kevin Randleman has KNOCKED OUT MIRKO CRO COP!!!!"
