congrats on the effort. I haven't combed through the whole thing. I think Pac is still numero uno and also I think you arent giving Pascal the credit he deserves. like that you have Nonito and Ward ahead of Martinez.

I like your top 10, only thing different I'd do would put Ward #4 and Donaire #5.

Edit: I'd also move Vitali down a few spots and put gamboa in the top 10 and Lara should be much higher.

Thank you sir.

I can see a scenario with Pac at #1. It would just contrast to heavily with my standards.

Yeah I feel strongly about Nonito.

I acknowledge the Pascal part. That would be the difference of a little more how I feel compared to his resume. He still holds up well on my list I think considering back to back poor performances. I think his resume is thin beyond the Dawson and Diaconu wins and the Hopkins draw.

A for effort. I mostly agree on your list. Out of curiosity though, can you answer the following:

1. Where was Brian Viloria in your list before the latest update? And why is he better than #17 Bute on this latest list?

2. Where was Fernando Montiel in your list before? I personally think he's still got it in him to be placed on the early 20's. After all, only a top 5 beat him recently.

Follow-up questions might 'follow'

Previous accomplishments.

Rome wasn't built in one day. Neither are legacies or proven ability. It wasn't too long ago that Williams beat Martinez who is and was one of the best (in my opinion, one point). Lara is still fresh off of the Molina draw, which is one of two fights which put Molina on this list.

Also, Lara's pro resume is pretty thin. The Williams fight took him from not close to making the list to where he is now, totally respectable.

I totally understand this one and expected it to be the most disapproved, why I even state it in my first post.

Good. Thanks.

1. Viloria jumped up to the low 50's (51-54 is "low", maybe it should be the other way...) after the good showing against Miranda. I've always been high on his skills. The win over Segura was second only to Donaire TKO Montiel in all of the last calendar year. Bute's best career win is comparable to Viloria's over Julio Cesar Miranda.

2. Montiel lost this past November to the guy I have one above him, Victor Terrazes. He got beaten really badly. Wider than the UD scores indicate. On 12/31/10, one year ago, I had Donaire #6 and Montiel #7. I more than respect Fernando.

But this isn't an All-Time list, p4p lists should give the order of best fighters right now.

Take the 21 above him out of the equation.

Who else would you have above him?

I had just edited this into the above post as well:

Well done on this, tough to do a top 100!!!

I would have Froch ahead of Kessler and Peterson ahead of Maidana. I also have Cotto in my top 10, no room for Bradley in there!!

Khan's stock seems to have taken a huge hit since his loss to Peterson, most had him top 15. Personally i never had him top 20.

Get ready to move Pavlik up a few notches after his 2012 comeback!!!

Solido, Lopez, Froch, Gurrero, Adamek, Khan, Peterson, Navarez, Broner.. for starters. Kameda has done nothing in boxing? After getting schooled by Pong in his hometown, what has he done? Won a vacant belt in bantamweight?

Wow.

I don't know man. I beyond understand having Kameda a lot lower, but you name Broner? And Peterson/Khan?

1. Kameda IS a 3 weight division world champion. Take it for what it is. Won and re-matched a 108 lb title, won a 112, and is has three defenses of his 118 title.

2. A loss in a good fight against an ATG flyweight in Pong at that weight is not a horrible thing like you imply.

3. To jump up two divisions and fight a good string of opponents at bantamweight in Munoz, Diaz, de la Mora, Macias all in the past 13 months is impressive.

4. His victory over Naito is an "A" level victory. Can Lopez or Froch or Guerrero or Narvaez or Broner say they have one of those?
