They are reporting elsewhere that the doctors are hinting that his shoulder might never fully heel.

Hope the reports are exagerated, the doctrors are wrong, or he beats the odds they give him.

Several damage ligaments, one of them torn and he needs reconstructive surgery on the collar bone or something. Helenius' dad is pretty pissed Sauerland let him go ahead with the Chisora match.

I have to go and read up on this situation. If his promoters made him fight with an existing injury of such a nature then add me to the disgusted list. It certainly would explain his performance and now it may cost him his career. Actually it was impressive he finished the fight with injuries like that.

At the end of the day, 100% or not he threw full-force right hands and landed flush. He may have done better but wasn't going to be knocking Chisora shitless.

Anyway, sucks about his career. It was a nice run. He can tell his grandkids he knocked out three former champs and retired undefeated, and he won't have taken too much punishment that might affect him in his later years.
