Keep training, and working out hard you will only get better with experience. If you could I would suggest a gym which focuses strictly on kickboxing. Are you training to compete?

this is only the 2nd time ive been on the training section,i quite like it,wish they had the internet and things like this when i boxed

and really mate,if you want to learn kickboxing or boxing,go to a gym(boxing or kickboxing)pref one which has a reputation and start again.theres nothing up with trying,but you could get hurt fighting someone who knows what he is doing. good luck

To the rest, I've already proved what I need to prove within the areas of kickboxing and boxing. I don't really know if I want to deal with the politics of professional boxing like being robbed, bad officiating, crooked promoters, or unjust criticism in the media. So I have been giving a lot of thought about retiring and movig into coaching.
