if you girls go back and read the screenshots ive posted you will see Zelky was the first one to mention police, he claimed to have them visit him at his home because someone was concern with threats i made towards him and as such the police just happen to pop into his home to see if he was alright. cause they do that sort of thing every day ya know

Because if you all remember or bother to go back and read, after I initially told Ty to **** off he told me when he saw me he was going to beat me up. So as far as the law goes, the first person to actually threaten physical harm was Ty, to me.

It's all there in the records anyway. None of this is being done haphazardly. A solicitor has been collating material and it clearly shows who was first to threaten physical harm. They are valid legal documents that cover at least 12 months of Ty's online activities.

So if I want to go and see Ty this week and discuss with him why he threatened me when he did, I have every right to.

So Zelky first went to see a lawyer, claiming he never got cops involved, why the need for a lawyer anyhow if he is such a big tough guy who can handle his own sht? to say i fall back on the law is correct, i felll back on common law which states i may use resonable force to remove someone from my property, given the history with zelky that force would have been resonable, all id have to do is flick the flea and he would drop to the ground.
