This makes me always wonder how people can write Griffith off so quickly at mw.

Thanks for posting, RC. Thanks for the upload, McG.

Cheers bodhi Griffith has always been, from this victory on, a legit middleweight and a highly intelligent, adaptable ring mechanic.

Griff was in many ways a better challenger than a defending champion. as far as I'm concerned, this was his best performance careerwise.

Yeah, and he would prove to be a tough challenge to most mw champs in history and beat quite a few I guess.

I have only seen 14 rounds, but I had Tiger ahead by a point. I think the round I didn't see was a Tiger round as well ( I think MDWC once said Rig had that round for Tiger?).

Lufcrazy which 2 fights did you have Griffith beating Rodriguez?

I thought all bar possibly the first were clear cut for Rodriguez.

I think his rematch with Tiger is a much better display by Emile. He actually outboxed Tiger there. Don't think he quite did enough in their first fight.

He's up there with the best, win or lose..meaning yes he'd lose to some, but they would be decision losses, and some very close...and he would indeed beat a few.
