Your coach should handle settin you up with a fight. usually weigh ins are in the morning, you must make your weight class and also be cleanly shaved (mustaches are okay)

usually like an hour or so after weighins there is a doctor check where you get a quick physical to make sure you are fit to fight. few hours later and its showtime, your trainer will wrap your hands, you get them signed off, and like 5 bouts before yours starts you can go get your gloves

worry all day ,,,go to the venue see your coach ,get weighted in ,,quick check up with the doctor, if all OK check when your fight is on & go & get some fresh air ,talk to someone ,listen to music basically do something to take your mind of the fight ,,i used to go to the toilet 2/4 times for number 2 because of the nerves,,get ready for the fight 1 hour before ,,go to fight as soon as the bell rings all butterflies are gone & its show time,,knock him out first punch in first round ,get your trophy with a photo,,,go and get changed & go & enjoy the rest of the night ,,you also get a meal ticket for some free food & thats about it
