Was going to comment on the lack of love for this one. Probably my favourite UFC fight. Two legends putting on a great display of skills. Both men had their moments and in the end it was the better-conditioned man pulling out the decisive victory over the more talented fighter.

Kind of hard to narrow it down to 5...
In no particular order:

Royce Gracie -vs- Dan Severn (UFC 4)
Severn was a beast. He 'trucked' through his first 2 matches in under 3minutes combined, I think. I honestly thought Gracie was in serious trouble. Around the 15 or 16minute mark, when Gracie locked in that triangle and made Severn 'tap,' I was like "holy shittt, that was awesome!"

Anderson Silva -vs- Dan Henderson (UFC 82)
Pride of Champion indeed. Watching Anderson solidfy himself as the BEST of the BEST that night by making Henderson 'tap,' was one of the most exciting moments in MMA.

Tim Sylvia -vs- Randy Couture (UFC 68)
Watching Captain America come out of retirement and re-capturing the heavyweight crown was Swwwwwweeeetttt!!!!

Lesnar-Mir II (UFC 100)
Hate me all you want, I am a Lesnar fan. One of my favorite fights in the UFC was when Lesnar smashed Mir's face into hambuger-meat. I like shit talking, but Mir was getting on my f'kn nerves. Analyze the 1st fight all you want, bottom line is in the re-match Lesnar f'kd Mir up.

Henderson-Shogun (UFC 139)
If you've seen it, well then there's not much to say. If haven't seen it, I don't want to give it away. Just go watch it.

Others:
Silva-Sonnen
Gracie-Kimo
Sanchez-Guida
Forrest-Bonnar
Penn-Edgar
GSP-Hughes III
and a whole lot more....
